Can totally bamboo 20-8520 eco dish rack utensil holder (brown) be used w/ tb 20-6701 dish rack (brown) rather than tb 20-8522 eco dish rack (brown)?

Yes it can be used with the 20 - 6701 dish rack however it will be slightly oversized for the dish rack and will hang a little loose.

I have hard water. Does calcium build up on this product?

I can't say. I don't have that problem, and not that much water gets on the rack generally.

Anyone know if the Eco Utensil holder can be used with the standard dish rack or does it only fit with the Eco Rack

If I remember correctly, the hanger on the back is V-shaped, so it will only work with a drying rack that has the EcoRack's V-line at the top.

I noticed a lot of folks said it got moldy after awhile. Is it easy to clean?

I Jane never had a mild issue, and I have had it quite a while. The flatware holder is not an easy clan, but the rack itself sure is.
