Charlie higson the enemy series 7 books collection set

Great set of stories, my son definitely really enjoyed reading this series of books.

So well written, couldn’t put them down

The story takes place after an unknown virus turns most people over the age of 15 years into a type of zombie who feed on children. The children barracade themselves into various locations around London and learn to fight the adults and find food . It is very violent at times as it would be a lot of the main characters do get killed off ! There are 7 books in the series and are all worth reading , if you are into the Walking Dead you are sure to enjoy these books, (I wish they would make a TV series out of them) Highly recomended.

I started by reading the second book not knowing it was 1 of 7 and I was hooked. I am 75 years old. The books are aimed at 13 + years old. Today I started book 6. They are books that you have to keep reading to find out what happens next. I can highly recommend for any age.

Read this series with my daughter, borrowed from library, but bought the set to read with my son. Really gripping, not excessively gory, insight into the kids behaviours, good for ab adult reading with a young person.

Just finished the 1st book in the series and its very good. If you like fact pace books this one is for you, they get straight into it. Glad I got the whole series as the price was much better compared to buying each book on its own. Can't wait to read the 2nd book.

Picked up book 4 from a charity shop. Enjoyed it hugely. Partner enjoyed it equally and wanted to read more. Found the complete set here. As 2 60+ year-olds we can vouch that Charlie writes to suit any age of reader. Very good indeed.

Great characters, superb plotting, proper writing. Not afraid of allowing important characters to die, so always unpredictable. I'll be sad to finish this series because I don't think I'll find anything as good. As well as being entertaining the books have something important to say about relationships and the qualities children and teenagers have that adults often have lost.

Got exactly what I wanted was was worried that there would have been a duplicate but luckily for me I did can't wait to start reading this series. All book came in a good condition no dog ears to mark a few bit of scuffs here and there but it actually add my character to the books in my opinion totally 10/10 also was delivered on tim
