See the difference? *by M***O on November 19, 2023* This has always been my favorite brand, but the roasting ‘pronoun’ being must have been anxious for the shift-change, and cut the roasting short! They had NO usual FLAVOR as received, but for $12 I’d try re-roasting in our new (for early Christmas) convection oven at 350. I had to keep an eye on them because the small ones browned faster than the larger ones, so I stayed with the small ones to gage the re-do, and they taste perfect. It took about 12 minutes, stirring about half way. But keep an eye on them! Better anemic than burned.
