There's a diet for everyone!
I've heard it said, "There's a diet for every one.". Well this one's for me and it could be for you too. I've tried many diet's through the years. For me, I have found this diet one I can see myself living with for the rest of my life. I've gone from a size 22 to an 18 in three weeks. I don't feel deprived at all. And into the 3rd week, l lost my cravings for bad foods and am naturally making wise choices. Try this diet, you may find you only have a lot to loose.:-)

I have tried many diets and since I can't exercise like the normal person due to a right leg amputation ...
I am in the process of reading this book and everything makes since related to what the author is trying to convey to the reader. I just hope it works when I start the diet plan. I have tried many diets and since I can't exercise like the normal person due to a right leg amputation I am hoping that if I try this diet it will work. I only wish it had been a hardback book as they hold up better than paperbacks.

this book was just as good as the 8 HOUR DIE, and gave me a lot of helpful information. Following this plan I have lost 28 pounds, my AIC diabetic reading has improved greatly and I am never overly hungry.

I have a perfect eating plan for life
Shortly after lost 40 pounds I got this book. I have lost this weight before only to gain it back in less that 6 mo. It's been over a year since I lost my weight and I attribute this book for helping me keep off. I am not dieting. I have a perfect eating plan for life!

Doable life plan
I'm giving it a try and it seems to be working. Healthy foods manageable fast periods. My friend is loving it as a cleanse two days a week

This book is not what I expected and I'm very disappointed in it. Of course one would lose weight with this program but it is too strict for most people. When I read about it in a magazine it was portrayed a lot differently. It may work for some but not for me.

This is more confusing than others. The best explanation about how intermittent fasting works is in Eight Hour Diet.

Great read!
Very easy & engaging style... have only had one week of the 5/2 option - which went okay... that said I think the IF diet book is better at explaining how to realistically manage the fasting style of weight loss.

Requires a little time to get into it but once you get your head around it it's not so bad a all, lost a fair bit of weight slowly but it is more a way of life, would say try it got nothing to loose but weight
