Designed by engineers and accountants; Quality tested by nobody. This is a great device, it seems accurate although I have no real way to check. It would be the perfect device to check home pollution levels, except for one small problem; my main interest is to know the pollution levels in my bedroom where I sleep. I want to know the particulate levels and CO2 which this device will do... Except it has a huge display that you can't switch off and have the device still working. So if you want Blackpool illuminations in your room 24/7 then this is the device for you. Otherwise switch it on, get a reading and switch it off again. Which is not really the point, I want to wake up and know how high the C02 level got. How dusty and poluted the air was, which all of these things this device will do, except you just can't turn the damn screen off while it's doing it.

We bought this for use in a dental practice to get an idea of the particle count. Although it gives a count for particle sizes upto 2.5um and a separate count for upto 10um, it is not clear how the two are related. Also, there is no memory function so it is not possible to relate counts to events through the day. And the counting rate switches to every 5 minutes after 30 minutes despite being on the mains.

Für einen groben Überblick reicht das Gerät sicher. Meine Einschätzung dazu:Positiv:- sehr grosses Display, das auch über mehrere Meter noch gut gesehen wird, guter Kontrast, weiter Betrachtungswinkel- nicht hörbarer Ventilator für die Feinstaubmessung- Akku für Stromausfälle- relativ günstigNegativ:- das Display ist sehr hell und lässt sich nicht dimmen, daher für das Schlafzimmer eher ungeeignet- grob stimmen die Feinstaubwerte aber im Vergleich mit anderen Geräten gibt es dann doch deutliche Unterschiede. Auch scheinen die Werte öfter hängen zu bleiben und aktualisieren sich dann nur sehr sporadisch.- wichtig war mir vor allem das CO2, aber so ganz traue ich den Messwerten nicht. Während des Schlafens entsteht ein unterschied von mehr als 1000 ppm im Vergleich zu einem awair Element und dessen Werte halte ich für plausibler.

Esperaba poder medir la concentración de CO2, pero no me daba valores correctos. En el interior me daba más de 1000 ppm de CO2 en habitaciones ventiladas y al exterior me daba más de 900 ppm ( el valor considerado debería estar en torno 411 ppm) Los valores que he medido en dos días nunca han sido correctos. El procedimiento de reset no queda claro y el manual no da info suficiente. La pantalla no se puede apagar y la batería apenas dura 6h por lo qué debe estar siempre conectado. Al final lo he devuelto.

Resultan muy imprecisos en las mediciones . Se averían con facilidad …

Die PM2.5 Feinstaubmesswerte stimmen grob mit dem Messwerten des Philips Luftreinigers überein. Die Messewerte für Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und CO2 grob mit den Werten des Netatmo Gerätes. Der Akku ist relative schwach, für den Dauerbetrieb ist ein permanenter Stromanschluss ist erforderlich. Was fehlt ist eine App Integration z.B. in die Air Matters App.
