Before I got this I'd wear extra clothing. This is cheap to run and supremely comfy, I take it to bed with me on a cold night, set it to 3 temperature for 2 hrs, as soon as I get under it it's lovely and cosy, not cold like bottom of duvet, even when not fully warmed up! I can only describe it's like being tucked in at night it is that snug. I love it, it warms me to sleep, automatically turns off for the hours you set it. Gorgeous to wake up swaddled in luxury. Best thing I've bought for sleeping or dozing in a cold room to save on energy. Excellent product, highly recommended.

Lovely and soft and the cord is in the right hand side so perfect for my sockets. Lovely and warm on low settings too. Cheap to run and great for aching legs. Love it

After buying my first heated throw last year I now consider them to be an essential item. I suffer from a debilitating pain condition and the heat from this blanket really helps. Even on the days when the pain is not bad, the family joke is that I still like my blanket for the ‘comfort value’ because there is something really comforting about it. My first blanket developed a fault and the customer service from that company was quite frankly appalling, so I thoroughly researched buying a new blanket to try and ensure I would not have the same problem and experience again. I knew that I wanted something that was a dark grey colour, a large/extra large size, something that was machine washable and had many positive Amazon reviews. This blanket ticked all those boxes and, although it was slightly more than I originally wanted to pay, I ordered it. The blanket has nine heat settings and a timer so you can pick what you want to suit your needs. The material is a nice, deep grey colour and lovely and soft. Even on a warmer day the blanket is a really nice cover, even when switched off. When switched on it warms up quite quickly and has a lovely comforting heat. I washed the blanket before use and found it stayed just as soft as before. I am more than pleased with this blanket. It really does make a big difference to my life and I am hoping it keeps working for a long time. It really is a five star product but as it was quite expensive I have to knock off one star. So this is a four star product but definitely five stars in terms of comfort and ease of use,

Great blacket that has kept me warm for many years now. It went in to hospital with me, has travelled abroad and has been washed multiple times with no issues. I recommend the brand to anyone looking for a heated blanket that has a timer and heats up to a nice hot heat - 10 heat settings.

Warms up fast, and cuts off when it gets too hot even if it’s before the timer is finished which can be annoying but I wouldn’t definitely prefer it to cut off than stay on and cause a fire. I’ve washed it a few times and it’s still functions like new and the stitching appears to last. The options on the remote are great too, can choose the temperature and how long you want it on for so if you do fall asleep you’re safe in the knowledge that it will be okay. It’s lovely and warm even when turned off and the blanket is very soft.

So far, this is so effective as a throw, I've not even had to turn it on! Clearly, I checked it on arrival and it worked, taking only 2 or 3 minutes to become toasty warm, even on setting #1. It appears to be really well made. Personally, I would not use it when sleeping, a rule that I applied, back when I used electric blankets.

Quality of the blanket very good but that's where the good review ends! Issues 1. Randomly turns off 2. It heats to what it wants not what you set it to 3. Lukewarm heat most of the time. But for me the most annoying thing is this is not what I class as cheap, my last heated throw was £11 and lasted 3 years and worked a treat. I cannot and will not recommend this item. UPDATE After contacting customer services at the company they swiftly replaced the fro with a new one and I can happily report that that warms up very nice indeed. For me it's not just the quality of the product that count it's also the quality of the aftercare service you get from a company. This is without doubt one of the quickest and smoothest responses I have had from a company their customer services should be rated 10 out of 10. Thank you so much

keeps me warm

I got this for my elderly father who is always cold, however my entire family loves it. It's so very soft and keeps you comfortably warm! Its a large size so mama i myself can wrap ourselves in it while sitting on the sofa. I also love that i can put a timer from 1hr to 10hrs. I would recommend it to anyone.

Money down the drain. Worked for 2 month only. Suddenly stopped working

Very poor quality blanket. The remote is slow and unreliable—I have to press the button many times before it turns on. Even after over an hour plugged in, only one corner gets warm. It also gives an uncomfortable electric-like feeling when touched. Not worth buying.
