Really enjoy this product!! I pair it with L-theanine in place of my anxiety medicine and the stuff works pretty good with NO SIDE EFFECTS! I noticed my sleep got better too. I stayed asleep during the night or if I woke up randomly I found it much easier to fall back to sleep. I've never really been able to do that before. I ran out of this stuff 2-3 weeks ago and wanted to see if I noticed a difference not taking it and I can defiantly tell I'm off of it. My sleep is not as good for sure, so I ordered another bottle this morning. Lesson learned lol

I have been using Solaray's Lemon Balm capsules for quite a while to induce restful sleep all through the night. I take 2 each night right before lying down around 10:00pm, and I'm off to sweet slumber that lasts until the morning when I get up around 8:00am. I will NOT be without my Lemon Balm! Try it! You'll be glad you did!

Wonderful

I take one every night with dinner. I have been struggling with insomnia and this helps me get more consistent sleep. It's definitely not some miracle supplement but it is undoubtedly helpful. I saw some other reviewers talking about it benefiting their anxiety, as someone who has very bad anxiety this hasn't helped with that at all.

Ivr bought solaray for years and its always been fresh, potent herbs ,supplements. Clean bottle ,clean capsules my opinion is they are the standard for other brands.. 2 words.....consistant quality! Good!
