This product is fantastic!It's safe on many surfaces, and handles "little accidents" by our cats (who are aging) even when diluted in a spray bottle.Removes stains and odor almost immediately, and doesn't have a strong, chemical smell. Has a light scent that is not disagreeable, and can be used in the clothes washer (great for augmenting detergents in HE machines...just pour a half cup into the bleach dispenser), as it disinfects and boosts cleaning levels of the "uses almost no water" newer machines.You can also put it in a spray bottle for spot treating on many surfaces. We've used it on carpet, tile, even on clothes that needed a slight "touch-up" after being stained lightly (ketchup, etc...) and the stain came right out without causing damage to the clothing or discoloring it.Full-strength, it's great on tile floors (I've found that even though the manufacturers don't recommend additives, putting it in a "Shark" steamer when steam mopping leaves no streaks, cleans much better than distilled water, alone, and enhances the freshness of the house air.I guess you could go back over with a damp sponge mop if you don't like the idea of residual cleaner on the floor, but I've never seen build-up or anything but shiny floors after using this in steamers.One gallon can be found on Amazon for around $12 if you look hard enough, just watch the variations, as there are many formulations of Odoban for different uses.The strongest of them, we use to help keep our A/C condensation pan and drain clean and odor-free, and also pour some in the garbage disposal (while it's running...just watch your eyes for splashing!), and it's enzymes clean the "gook" out very well.That's about it, but I'm sure there are many other uses for this really good product and it's "siblings".I am a regular customer and subscribe to "Prime", so no shipping costs associated with the heavy gallon jugs.Also, I'm not a paid reviewer, just a satisfied customer.Clean on!

I use this stuff all the time for floors, laundry, surfaces, spray bottles, all purpose type sprays etc. I do not use it for dishes however of course.The fabric softner aspect is pretty amazing.The cleanliness is amazing as well. If I go over my floors with bleach and hot water, I get some dirt in the water.If I go back over it again with this mix and some borax and a little vinegar, the water is still dirty.The houes smells great after I scrub the floors, they look great and it seems to last quite a few days.

I do like the smell of a strong cleaner, but this product does not have a strong smell to it after using it. It is just fresh and no horrible pet odor or the smell of a wet floor cleaner. Cleans very well no more sticky floors or horrible pet odor. I have 2 dogs and 6 cats now and house is dominated by them with this product the house is fresh. It is a good daily cleaner to keep a fresh smelling living environment. I felt weird because I could not smell anything just a fresh smell no more ammonia or dirty odor.
