What I can say is that the PH value is 7.5!

Q: How often dose it needs replacing or renewal

I recommend that you change the stones every 6 - 12 months. (The timing of this will depend on the quality of the source water.)

Q: How do you use this to filter water for showering?

We only use this for drinking water, I think a shower filter wouldn't work as the stones need to sit with the water for 24 hours to work their magic. Shower filters go in the head of your shower (I think) so filter as water goes through. Hope that helps

Q: How many grams of shungite do i need to purify 8 litres of water in a glass jar dispenser? and how many days would i need to wait? thanks

....100g per litre and wait 24hrs before use. (Rinse the shungite well before use and rest it in water with one tablespoon soda bic for 30 mins. Rinse well again and decant as required for 24hrs before use).
