Excellent Product
The quality of this product is superb! nice weight to it, feels very strudy and durable. ive been using them now for some time and they still feel new! i wasn't sure how the rotating action was going to be before i bought them, if they were going to feel cheap or "clanky", but im impressed. very smooth with just the right amount of friction to allow for the user to do the rotating instead of the bearings. all around awesome.

Great product
I use mine 3 times a week. I see a lot of 1 star reviews that this will hurt your back, if your back muscles are weak and you have to use them to compensate then this is not for you. You may want to try strengthening your back if that is your problem. It has strengthened my core considerably, its pretty durable considering I'll use it 3x a week 12 reps 12 times for over a year. Good product may feel a little off when you start but once you start building the muscle it gets easier.

It deserves the price of £16 !
A good, sturdy product made of a plastic wheel and a metal bar. It feels like, if you drop it from the top of your house, it’s going to survive the crash. Although I expected to receive a wheel made of cast iron or any alloy, I’m happy with the product all over. One of the things bothering me (and it shouldn’t) is, that there is a spring inside the bar, which stops the wheel rolling further when your body gets to an outstretched position. It’s a bit like those toy cars from the past with a mechanism, where you pull the car backwards to release it and the car moves fast to the other end of the room. What does that mean for the ab roller? When you outstretch your body the spring tightens the wheel and that makes it easier on your muscles. Pulling your arms back is equally easier. At the moment I’m happy with such kind of help but in the future I would be happy if that spring breaks. There isn’t a way to unlatch it.

Could not be better
This is the fourth year that I have attempted the “push-up challenge” - one push-up on 1st January, two the next day, three the next day, about 70,000 over the year.I developed De Quervains the first time and stopped. Bummer. But completely solved with a steroid injection. Nice. Thank you NHS.The next year I SMASHED it and got so buff I almost fancied my own self. The next year I decided to do 100,000 push-ups. I did 11,000 in January then got Covid and abandoned ship. Massive bummer. This year I am well on track and getting buffer as the weeks go by. Boom.I now own three sets of these push-up bars. One at home; one at the office; one at the place I stay 2-3 nights a week. They are the secret to my push-up success. Comfortable, stable, durable. I love them. The grips are steady and not too skinny. I don’t use the rotating function, but even the requirement not to rotate induces greater muscular control.Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Nearly great and not for tall fit folk
As wheels go this is nearly great. I was pleasantly surprised when it turned up as it was better quality than I hoped. It’s strong and sturdy and a good piece of kit. However the issue is the spring inside isn’t long enough. A few tall people mentioned this in their reviews but I’m 5.7 and as fit can extend fully with the wheel and it reaches the edge of how far it goes - which is limiting and frustrating. I can make it work but if it had another foot or two inside it would be hard to beat as an ab wheel. Therefore if you’re tallish and can extend fully/strong core, you’ll not be happy. Shame as it could have been perfect.

Useful piece of kit
I've found these really useful for doing press ups. I was getting pains in my wrist while doing my normal press ups. Sessions with the physio didn't help that much. I notice these being reviewed by Bob and Brad on Youtube and thought I would give them ago.The exercise sheet is useful (if a bit irritating writen in several languauges), but the devices work fine. I haven't got too hung up on the each hand positions as you perform the pressup. The device is simply a handle that can rotate. The hand grips the handle and so isn't streatched out on the floor (which caused me pain). As the pressup is performed the hands move somewhat in a clockwise or counter clockwise rotation - if that is physically better for you I don't know. The handle appear to be well made. They don't slip and the rotation is very smooth. They are quite small and can be stored easily.
