A great blanket/tarp for use at the beach. It comes in a small pouch with the stakes to keep it from blowing away while you are frolicking in the surf. Nothing worse than going into the surf, only to come out and find your blanket has headed down the beach with the wind! Not with this baby. This is going to stay put. And when you stay put, no more having to brush all the sand off your bottom when getting ready to leave, or having to take "on last dip" in the ocean to clean off, which then makes your swimsuit wet and gets your car seats wet. No, this is the solution to a lot of problems in a very simple form.

I bought this pocket blanket thinking that it would be perfect for hikes, but am discovering that I will use it so much more. Super compact, only about the size of a can of soda, and there's a carabiner to attach it to a backpack. The material is similar to that if a tent, so very lightweight and doesn’t hold moisture at all. The beaches in the Pacific Northwest tend to be windy, so the stakes will come in handy keeping it in place. I also imagine using it when were are camping as a place to change shoes instead of touching the group with bare feet. It's great! This pocket blanket is just ideal for a number of situations.

I went to a concert this weekend that still continued in the rain. This blanket was awesome! It didn't take up any room in the cooler which is a definite plus. It cleaned up nicely when it got muddy and didn't rip when it was walked over. I love the "secret" pockets to store valuables, it was one less thing to worry about and instead just enjoy the concert. This is a great product, and I love that's it's resusable. I don't see having to replace it anytime soon!

I love that this blanket folds up and fits back into the case it comes in! Especially when traveling, something compact is wonderful. The stakes are great and long enough to work in the sand too. The blanket itself is made of quality material and seems like it will last.I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because I just wish it was slightly bigger. While I knew the size before purchase, after seeing it, I wish I had the option for a larger size.

This is a great outdoor blanket. I bought it to use at my son's football games. The fact that it folds up to fit inside a small carrying bag is awesome because I can fit it in my bag of snacks and toys to occupy my younger kids during the games. The best part for me is that it is a water repellent material- by the end of the game my kids have crushed crackers and spilled juice all over it and all I have to do is wipe it off! If only it could keep my toddlers from trying to run on the field I would give it 6 stars! :)

I give this a 4 star because I bought this in the winter and thus haven’t brought it out to the beach yet. But I did test it out, the blanket follows and feel durable and I like the fact i can pack in a bag. I could see me using this rather than using a tarf.

I bought this for picnics with family and friends but haven't been able to use it due to the cold weather, but took it out the bag and could tell its made of great quality and durable. Can't wait until spring so I get to use this!

The blanket is thin (so don't expect padding) but that is what makes it compact and easy to use. It also comes with some simple tent stakes to keep it from blowing away from the lack of mass that it has. I found myself using it not just as a blanket but a makeshift side wall for a canopy tent as well
