My wife has had this for close to two years, she takes it to trips, Dunkin Donuts and so on, great purchase.

I’m really surprised on how good this actually is, it fast, lightweight, it doesn’t overheat and for the price the storage it great.

This laptop had a lot of bad reviews, so I decided that it deserved a very good one. I was looking for a laptop that is stylish, yet functional. And this one fit the bill. I was hesitant because of all the bad reviews, but I am so happy that I decided to go for this one. I love this thing. It is so perfect. I wanted a MacBook, but they're so expensive for what I need it for. So, I opted to go for a pc in the $200 range and it was between this one, and a 2 in 1 gateway. Well, I couldn't get over how much I liked the looks of this one, so despite all of the bad reviews I read, I chose the HP Stream 11, and I can't believe I'm saying this but.... I think I even like this one more than I would a MacBook... Wow. I said it. Obviously, this pc isn't going to beat the MacBook's speed or storage, but for browsing and basic usage, this is perfect! The battery life is incredible. It is very light weight and I'm in love with the size. Not too big, or too small. It's smaller than your average laptop and it is super cute. It was really really slow when I first got it due to all of the updates that it needed, but after all of that, it's great! I wouldn't recommend it for storing a bunch of photos/videos/files on because of its low storage, so if that's what you need it for then I would definitely recommend using an SD card and configure the pc to store all new content to the card rather than the hard disk space. Lastly, the color of the laptop is diamond white, and I'll be honest, I did not like the idea of having a white laptop because I thought it would get dirty quickly, but I've had it for over a week now and I've been handling it ALOT and it has not gotten the slightest bit dirty, nor can you see any fingerprints on the white. All in all, this laptop is amazing for an average person and basic usage. Don't let the bad reviews sway you away from it. I would have given it 5 stars, but it does not have a backlit keyboard or a touchscreen, and for me, that is the only thing that it lacks other than more RAM and storage obviously. Super lightweight. The matte screen is ideal for viewing in bright light. In spite of the haters, this device is quick enough for complex PowerPoint with embedded video. The microSD slot is a real plus. I've added 128 Gbytes and can store everything I need. Full size HDMI port works great for presentations; too many tiny computers require an adapter. It's true I've only had it for a day but this is a dandy solution for travel and I'm a Mac guy. I already had a bluetooth mouse and I recommend such for efficiency; I don't like touchpads. I hope everyone noticed that a lot of the negative reviews came from people who failed to note the size before buying and they give a 1 star review. By the way, I bought mine from Amazon and got it the same day I ordered it.

I do not like this computer at all. I bought it to use photoshop on for little projects i do since my chromebook doesn’t run it. I cannot express how much i hate this computer. There is zero storage, which is maybe my fault because i should’ve invested in something with more storage. However, i can’t figure out what’s taking up all of the storage. I’ve removed all programs I’m not using. My adobe programs i have installed are taking up about 6 GB total. I have only uploaded a handful of photos to the computer because it won’t let me upload anymore than that. I’m highly considering returning the laptop because it’s very disappointing and i think I’ve made a mistake To top it off, the computer works very slowly and has crashed several times to the point that I’ve had to restart it. This is only the third day I’ve owned it. Completely unacceptable

I purchased this laptop to manage my online business and it is perfect! I Love the S Mode on windows 11 I don't need any apps other than from the Microsoft App Store. If you want to leave "S" mode it is easy to do. The computer runs smooth and is fast as I need loading listing pages. I added a TB Micro SD Card for extra storage, the computer has 64gb internal and the operating system uses half of that so I just put everything on my SD card and no problems. Love the laptop I needed a small machine for my desk this is perfect!

Had to send it in because the screen gave out about 6 or 7 months in. It works now, but the warranty is up and it's not worth the cost to renew it. Seriously underpowered, even for a laptop of its size. I got it for college classes, to do my papers on and it's constantly freezing up just doing basic documents or web searches. It also didn't take but a couple of months for the battery to stop keeping a charge for more than 45 min or so. I've babied the heck out of it and it's only left my house once other than when it went in to have the screen fixed.

I am using this laptop for my business. Haven't used Windows in years, and it sure is different from my last Windows computer, which was using XP. LOL The battery life on it was rated at 18 hours, but I usually get more than that. The keyboard is easy and responds well. There is no touchscreen. The screen has a great quality of detail. It is very clear and vivid. I am pleased with this laptop and would have no hesitation to recommend it to others.
