This product contains a DATE ON THE PACKAGING IS THE MANUFACTURED DATE. This is NOT an Expiration Date. A unique lotion, formulated with ceramides and squalene. It is a serious treatment, to be used daily, for extremely dry and troubled skin. This rich lotion contains patented MLE technology which aids in rebuilding the natural skin barrier. It is also infused with patented Defensamide and ceramides that help keep the skin deeply moisturized and soothed. Liberally laced with Squalane, which imparts long lasting moisture, helping to keep skin feeling soft and silky. It is ideal for use by all ages, including babies and children. It does not contain those ingredients that are known to cause irritation...fragrances, colorants, Ethanol, Parabens, Phenoxyethanol, Mineral Oil, Propylene Glycol, PEG, Diethanolamine and Benzyl Alcohol. What it does contain, are the specialty ingredients that actually work to improve the condition of the skin, such as: MLE (+Ceramide 9S) which has a similar structure to the skin barrier and helps protect and strengthen that skin barrier. Defensamide that helps stimulate the production of anti microbial peptides which act like the body's natural anti biotic. And it also aids in improving and reinforcing the functions of the skin barrier and the self defense system. Squalane: One of the human skin lipid components.
