My mom's cleaning lady lost weight recently using these packets of drink powder that she mixes with a glass of water although the instructions say to just empty the dry powder into your mouth. She says following the instructions would make her gag but taking the powder with water helps it go down easily. She recommended that l buy this weight loss drink powder from Amazon.com and l did. It has almost no taste. It makes you poop and pee a lot so that makes the bloated feeling in your stomach decrease so that your stomach looks flatter. Great!
