👍🏻
So easy to assemble. I did it myself in about an hour. I am using it as a chicken coop for my silkie chicks and it is working great. I put it together on the hottest day of the year so far, just in time for a series of cold rainy days to test out its weather resistance it seems. So far so good. The ventilation is excellent. The skylight lets in a lot of sun light. The chicks are dry and happily chirping away. It is a good value for the price. I paid full list price and have no affiliation with the seller or manufacturer of this building.**Update October 19th, 2018** I am updating this review because I consider this purchase to be a major online purchase, the product is a large item and cost a substantial amount of money and people might like to know how it does over time before making the purchase. This building has made it through 6 seasons of North Carolina weather. That means it has held up in over 100 degrees and under 10 degrees, 95 % humidity, during torrential rain down-pours that caused flash flooding, tropical-storm winds and snow storms yielding 8"-10" of snow on the ground. It is quite versatile. As I stated in my initial review I use this building as a chicken coop so chicken lives depend on its durability. I was new to and very inexperienced at raising chickens when I bought this last year but it has worked out great. One thing I did not note in my initial review that I now feel is important and/or useful, I used the wood pallet that the building arrived on as the "base" for the building, in other words the building is not sitting directly on the ground; it is instead screwed into the precut anchor holes and elevated a couple of inches by the pallet. I did not really think about it at the time I did it but I think that the building not sitting directly on the ground could make a difference in how the building holds up over time.***Another Update May 28th 2023*** This building is still in perfect condition for my flock. Best investment I ever made for my chicken farm.

I called Keter twice with questions and their customer service was great. Didn't know the answer
Start with the order: I called Keter twice with questions and their customer service was great. Didn't know the answer, but did some research to get the answer. I ordered and had a scheduled delivery. The delivery man actually offered to cart it to the back yard without me even asking even though it was late Friday afternoon and I would have expected him to drop and run.Construction: I built a wood deck to put the shed on a couple weeks before the shed arrived. The instruction are nice and parts are nicely labeled. My wife and I put the shed together in two hours and twenty five minutes. It was easy to put together, everything was great except for how hot it was.Durability/final product: We purchased some wood from HD as shelves which went in nicely (see pics). The shed is a great size and pretty durable for our push mower, gas can and other small things. However, I didn't like the roof. It is a very flimsy piece of plastic that does not overlap the sides. It fits snug in there, but by overlapping the roof and it will ensure it stays weatherproof longer. The material, roof, and sides is very flimsy, so I could imagine as the instructions say, "Don't let snow or wet leaves accumulate on the roof. It will definitely bow the walls causing it to leak. I noticed a problem where the skylight (which does overs some good light) and the roof/side didn't come together. Most likely my fault, but I caulked the top of the room anyways. Hopefully it stays.Final Score- I think it is great for the price but will have to see how many season/years it last. For now, for the money, it is worth it.

Fabulous shed, easy assembly, holds lots!
Purchased to put in back yard to hold extra chair cushions and gardening odds and ends. It is so cute and very sturdy! I was able to put it together by myself. It could have taken two hours less but I ignored the directions that said not to do it in the wind. I needed to get it up, and several panels kept falling apart until I got it far enough along to have it stand in its own. The directions were great and hats off to the engineers who made this thing. The way the parts go together so easily yet it is so sturdy is amazing. I can put all my pool toys in it as week and still plenty of room. Sky light is nice touch so not dark inside. Window is nice too. Having my yard picked up changed my life with this organizer! I am very happy and recommend 100%!

Great idea and size
I have assembled a lot of products in my life, IKEA cabinets, etc. I have learned to expect a few glitches, wrong instruction here and there and need to improvise to get the job done. Keter Factor shed included wrong hinges so, there is absolutely no way to attach the door to the unit. If you can't attach the door, you can't get the roof installed either. So, there I go, after a full day of preparing the foundation, I now have a skeleton of a shed standing that I cannot complete.Overall, the material is very cheap and flimsy. One of the wall panels fell on the ground during the setup, folded in half and nearly broke off completely. Most parts have so much plastic overflow that you have to clean them up with a knife before they can fit together. Various "pre-drilled" holes for screws and snap on parts are covered with thin layer of plastic and need to be re-drilled. Larger parts came bent out of shape from the box and require a lot of effort to attach to each other. Great idea and size, very poor execution Keter!

Overall great building.
I bought the 4x6 about 6 months ago. Assembly was easy for one person. I was suspect about the sturdiness of the building, but after assembly it is quite sturdy. Maybe not as sturdy as a stick built structure, but still quite good. I needed a rubber mallet to "help" some of the roof pieces to snap into place. If the building is in direct sunlight the door will bow a bit and need help closing (not much, just a little boot). 6 months, no water leaks into the building. I did have to move the building one time to a better location. Quite easy for two people to move it as one piece. The building has met my needs and all my expectations.
