This blanket is really nice. I find that it helps me get a good nights sleep. I don't feel that it's overly heavy or too light. At night when I'm pulling it up, you can feel its weight but that's in comparison to the other blankets on the bed. We have a King-sized bed. The blanket goes over each side about three inches and about 5 inches on the end. Although I would like it a bit longer, I'm glad it isn't because then it would be hard to pull it over to get out of bed. If you're looking for a weighted blanket, this is a good one. We also washed it once and left it outside to dry. It still looks brand new and all the glass beads are still where they should be. It's a well-made blanket.

Bought for my son as a present and he really likes it. It feels very heavy in the package, but once you open it up and spread it out it doesn't feel as heavy. Nice quality weighted blanket. Not sure how to wash it though.

If you want to fight for your life for the comfort of a weighted blanket this is your guy. I am a hot sleeper and pushing this blanket off at night, in the « heat » of the moment turned into an exercise I decided to stop. I bought this blanket to soothe my anxiety after a breakup that removed my comfy ex from my bed and it soothed me for a bit. I still have it and maybe next breakup I will put it out again only to fight for my life in the middle of a hot night for my freedom. It’s heavy maybe next time I’ll get a lighter one and a more light hearted boyfriend because this heaviness is overrated
