This slushie machine works great and is very easy to use. I like that no ice is needed, and the preset programs make it simple to prepare different drinks like margaritas, frappés, and milkshakes. The LED display is clear and user friendly, and the auto clean function saves a lot of time. The machine feels sturdy and looks nice on the counter. Works good some of the time. Made coke slushy and it worked great. Cleaned machine, waited over an hour then tried to make another batch. Everything exactly the same but it didn't freeze like the first batch. About the 5th batch I made the spigot that you use to fill cup started slow drip. I didn't have the drip pan in place while it was making a batch and ended up with a mess on the counter. Not a big leak but when it continues to leak for an hour while making a batch it gets pretty bad. Tried working the valve and had it closed as tight as it would go but still dripped. I think I'm being generous with a score of 2 stars. UPDATE poor response from seller. They delayed everything until the return winddow closed No help from Amazon. Change rating to 1 star. Should be -5 stars

I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she’s done nothing but rave about it!! Makes so many yummy drinks, large capacity, easy to clean. No assembly to speak of, just put this guy on your counter, invite your friends and enjoy margaritas, pina colada’s, or any of the recipes that come with the machine!

The slush is very thick and yummy. Disappointed in the size of the container. Replaced my most recent machine for this one because it does soft serve ice cream., however it is much smaller and very slow. Also makes a lot of noise but the quality is excellent

We just tried our Slushie/Ice Cream machine for the first time, and it was a hit! Our first batch of ice cream came out more like soft serve, but with a drizzle of magic shell topping, it was absolutely delicious. The CHIVALZ hailing machine has been an excellent purchase for my home. What I like the most is that it does not need ice, since the machine itself is responsible for freezing and crushing, which saves time and effort. The 6 preset programs are very practical: I have prepared margaritas, frappés and milkshakes with creamy results and with the perfect texture. Easy to use and clean.

Purchased based on feedback provided by others. In my experience, the machine had difficulties cooling down. It would not cool below 31 degrees. It could not reach a cold enough temperature for a good outcome. At times the liquids would freeze on the rod, causing the machine to shake and drip the liquids. Update: I am updating my review from 1 to 3 stars. The seller reached out, was very professional, refund was provided immediately. Seller had the best intension of making things right.

Habe diese Maschine gekauft, weil sie unter anderem auch Softeis zubereiten kann, was ich zum derzeitigen Zeitpunkt noch nicht versucht habe. Das Slush Eis aber ist schon mal der Hit unserer Kids. Es geht auch echt schnell. 1000 ml ca. in unter 45 Minuten zu Slush. Ich hab es noch extra kälter gestellt, sollte man aufpassen den dann ist die Konsistenz nicht so super, am besten so wie die Maschine vorgibt. Wenn ich etwas verbessern könnte, wäre es die Tropfschale, diese schiebt sich, trotz 2 Haltenasen, sehr leicht von der Maschine weg. Die Lautstärke ist auch wirklich auszuhalten. Würde sie zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt jederzeit wieder kaufen. Denn die Maschine ist super einfach einzurichten und zu bedienen. Was mir am besten gefällt, ist die Konsistenz. Die Getränke schmecken genau wie die, die man im Kino oder auf dem Jahrmarkt bekommt – nicht wässrig, nicht klumpig, sondern mit der perfekten gefrorenen Textur. Die große Kapazität ist ideal für Partys, und die Reinigung ist überraschend einfach, was ein großes Plus ist. Außerdem ist sie sehr vielseitig. Wir haben sie für Fruchtslushies für die Kinder, gefrorene Cocktails für die Erwachsenen und sogar für Eiskaffeegetränke verwendet. Alle kommen immer wieder zurück, um sich noch einmal zu bedienen! Very good item. Simple to set up and makes slushy faster than I expected. It has various settings for different types of products, and I have so far used it to make fruity, cola and spiked drinks, and all have worked perfectly and tasted great. It also makes ice cream (I haven’t tested this yet) and it’s easy to clean afterwards too. A great buy.

After painstakingly measuring the exact amount of ingredients 1 hour later no slush ended up washing it out not upto the job I assume that's why it had 80%off You get what you pay for It's a big no from me
