Accurate, cheap and very easy to use.
Initially cynical about this gadgets accuracy and precision I was pleasantly very surprised at both. I used it for 4 nights initially to find out if it was likely I had sleep apnoea sleeping on my front. Recording both my oxygen levels and my heart rate throughout the night. A low heart rate whilst asleep was a question that also needed answering so it also solved that issue. Clear concise instructions, very easy to use, 2 sets of batteries and ability to transfer data to the app on your phone or laptop for summary reading and transference to print if needed. The unit comfortably stayed on my finger all night. All in all a great little unit and very happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

can do the job
I wore this on one hand and an NHS take-home sleep study oximeter on the other (£1000 device). While the nhs did not give me the full data, the headline ODI and low SP02 point was very similar enough to feel like it can do the job. The device is easy to use and data summary very useful for showing you what is going on and talking to a GP / respiratory nurse. I also found it useful to experiment with diet and sleeping position effects on sleep breathing. The low SP02 alarm is effective and reassuring if to avoid scary 02 drops if things are difficult. The app and printout summaries are very useful. It works with normal AAA rechargeable batteries which I always prefer compared to more expensive models. I am a 3xl and find it comfortable enough to wear every night with just the clip and no strapping. Serves as a useful torch. Screen rotation is also nice feature. Price is good compared to others. It is also regularly put on offer. Review is for deal price <£40.

Amazing little device…
This amazing little device may just end up saving your life! I had long suspected disturbed sleep and compromised blood oxygen levels, and this Oximeter validated those concerns. It stayed on my finger throughout the night and gave a comprehensive, detailed analysis and a medical looking report in PDF format (via the App, which was super easy to set-up). I have since sent these reports to my physician for investigation and follow-up. I highly recommend this device!

Excellent pulse oximeter at an affordable price.
This is a brilliant piece of kit for monitoring blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate during sleep. In essential combination with the app I am able to provide health professionals with different data formats including summary sheets in PDF format and to which you can add your own relevant remarks. I now understand why some days I feel so tired and others are fine. This is necessary monitoring and very cost effective. The device is very affordable and I am pleased at last I can do what the NHS can't. Thanks to EMAY! My best purchase this year.

Impressive pulse oximeter with overnight storage of pulse rate and SpO2 level taken every second
This is a quality product; it is well-made and its functionality is impressive. The Android app which you can install via the Play Store works fine on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G and has a well-designed, easy-to-use user interface. The device clamps on a finger like the ones nurses use in hospitals and clinics. It samples SpO2 (blood oxygen level) and pulse rate each second and can store these measurements overnight while you sleep. I simply left the device on my index finger overnight in bed. A roll of black bandage is supplied but I ended up taking it off as the device stayed on my finger all night without it. The red LED light that shines through the finger did not trouble me as it is not bright, and the display itself turns off after 90 seconds anyway. The end knuckle of my index finger was a little sore the next morning where the device had been clamped on my finger, but nothing serious. Although the device has data storage capability, it can be used as a normal pulse oximeter for spot checks as well. To look at it has the appearance of a standard pulse oximeter, albeit the quality of manufacture and materials is noticeably better than a cheap standard pulse oximeter I already have. The device uses two AAA batteries. Four batteries are supplied in the box, as well as a lanyard, a little storage bag for the device, and a user manual. The user manual explains well how to use the device, and there is an e-mail address to contact the manufacturer if you have any questions or problems. I e-mailed the manufacturer with a query and they replied quickly and were helpful. The user manual estimates that a pair of AAA batteries should last for at least three 8-hour measurement periods. It is possible to view, save and e-mail a detailed PDF report showing statistics and graphs of the blood oxygen levels and pulse rates over the measurement period you have had the device on a finger. The report is impressive and looks very professional, and I would not have a problem showing it to a doctor. In my case I was worried that my blood oxygen level was dropping too low while I slept, but the report put my mind to rest. It is also possible to save or share a CSV (comma-separated values) file which you can import into a spreadsheet if you want to examine or analyse the data yourself. The only things that I found that could be improved are: a) sometimes deleting the data stored on the device took a few attempts; b) the user manuals that can be viewed in the app could do with being zoom-able, as the text displayed on a smartphone is tiny (a printed user manual is supplied as well in any case); c) I could not find a way of deleting a user. I do not consider these significant problems, though. Overall I am very impressed with this device.

Ease of use once I watched video on YouTube
This is day 1 set up day. I found reading the instructions (at 72 years old ) Actions and looking at the pictures weren’t very explicit. How ever once I scanned the code and watched the YouTube vid it made sense. I managed to put the strap on. Then came the pairing or binding as the word they use. I must admit I did not read the instructions and it took 5 attempts to realise ( as per instructions) you dont need your finger in the device. 🤦🏽♀️ once it was paired I then read the manual accessed the other devices they sell and looked at the cases available. All look good quality and fair prices. So far it might have taken and hour of my life but at least I accomplished something today 👍🏼 I will use tonight and update review tomorrow.

Faulty initial readings
The device worked as expected for the first few nights. We now have a problem that when first placed on my finger the readings take 3 to 4 minutes to display any readings which are very low and setting off the alarm. It takes another few minutes to display the correct oxygen level. It appears to indicate correct readings for the rest of the night. I have queried this with the manufacturer and waiting a reply. I may have to return the equipment as being faulty which is a pity because the device does exactly what I wanted it to do.

Reliable and dependable device! Great value for money.
After struggling with irregular sleep patterns, I learnt of this device and decided to give it a go in hope of understanding my sleep patterns better. It was very easy to setup, downloaded the associated EMAY app (free) and got to using it whilst sleeping. In the morning you simply open the app and connect to the Oximeter via Bluetooth where it downloads the data to the app. It’s so quick and easy! At first I couldn’t quite interpret the data, but sharing the report with my AI app, it was able to break it down for me in simple terms and tell me exactly what was going on during the night, it’s fantastic and is allowing me to build up a bigger picture that I may able to take to my doctor for further investigation. It takes time getting used to sleeping with it and it will go through batteries very quickly but very worth it. Good value for money, well built and reliable. I’m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend.
