MARCATO パスタマシン アトラス 150 [並行輸入品]

I originally wanted the black model, but my particular seller suddenly offered the silver one for almost half the MSRP, so I went for it. Not disappointed in the least! Before using the Atlas150, I was rolling out pasta dough with a pin. If you've never tried to roll out a thin, precisely even sheet with a rolling pin, let me tell you, "It's difficult." The machine made it easier by an order of magnitude! The only drawback with the machine is that you have to do all of the dough management with one hand (or enlist the house of a reliable assistant), but I expected that. It was still do-able. I'll eventually start looking for a motor to get marked down, so I can take my pasta making efficiency to the next level. Even if you get a motor to go with your machine from the outset, try using the hand crank the first time - get a sense for how ppl used these machines for most of their history. {Also, the review template strangely asked for a rating on "flavor", but honestly, it has a neutral, slightly metallic flavor, as one would expect - because it's made of metal}

Everything works well and I can make good pasta and spaghetti but after rolling the dough, the cutting of it doesn’t fully cut it. It still attached and you need to rip it apart with your hands manually. Otherwise I still use it once a week for meal preps.

パスタ料理が、楽しくなりました。

初回利用でカッターが壊れた。 麺をある程度綿棒で薄くしてローラーにかけたので、特に問題は無し。 別売りの3.5mmカッターを使った実績はありました。 標準でついてる1.5mmカッターを使ってみたところ、片側のローラーが回らなくなりました。 保証期間の3ヶ月も過ぎていたので、分解してみると軸が回転しても、取り付けられたギアが空転し、もう一方のローラーに動力伝わらない状態になってました。 何が原因でこうなったのか＆直す手段も全くわからない状態で、1.5mmカッターは使い物にならなくなりました。

この価格でこのクオリティ、大満足しています。 自作ラーメン組には必須アイテムですね。 洗うことが出来ないので、細かくついた小麦粉を取るのだけめんどくさはあるかな？

シェフが実演紹介しているテレビ番組を観て、勢いで買ってしまったけれど、買ってよかった。とってもコンパクト、使い方は簡単。はじめは、生地の薄さや、茹で時間などの正解がつかめなかったけど、色々試すのも楽しいし、自分好みにできたときは格別。長く愛用していきたい。

蕎麦の麺切り用に購入したのですが、生パスタ作りがあまりにも簡単にできて楽しくて楽しくて。 次はうどんですね。たぶんこれもうまくいくと確信しています。 蕎麦はたぶん別の問題でまだうまくできていません。年越しそばまでに間に合わせなければ

Marcato Atlas Pasta Machine is truly the best thing if you love making pasta right from scratch. Rolling the dough through it a few times gets a smooth finish and the setting for having different thickness helps a lot when the mood shifts from ravioli to fettuccine or spaghetti.

Miré mucho antes de decicirme y tengo q decir q es una maravilla. Corta la pasta fenomenal, se limpia de maravilla y es super facil d usar. El primer intento me faltaban manos. Los huevos q usé eran muy grandes. Con 100gr de harina para 1 huevo mediano la pasta sale fenomenal. Recomiendo el secador de pasta para mi imprescindible si no quueres q se te estropé todo el trabajo. Es estupendo hacer tu propia pasta a la q le puedes añadir todo lo q quieras. Un truco q me funciona, ya q en las instrucciones d se recomienda no echar sal a la masa por no estropear los rodillos es echarselo al huevo y batir y luego añadir la harina. Todo un descubrimiento!! La doy un 10😊

i ordered the atlas 150 .A ampia 150 was delivered and is a Chinese knock off .no marcato label on the machine . box says made in china ..badly made.
