Sissel® SitFit® Plus (Pump Included)

very comfortable. i've had serious back pain for 4 months now and unable to sit without pain. but with this it definitely eased the pain whilst sitting , also makes you more aware of your movement, meaning you wiggle and fidget more comfortably, which ultimately means you're more active than sitting without. i still can't sit for extended periods of time, but with this i can at least sit for half an hour or more (whereas previously 5-10mins was agony). if you don't suffer with back pain i suspect it would be very good still

This is a must if you sit a lot or for long periods time. I practice guitar and I also sit at my computer for lengthy amounts of time, and I must admit this is a butt saver! I have tried different sorts cushions but nothing seems work after a while.I was actually starting to look around for a new chair when I saw a YouTube video by Justin Guitar, an online guitar teacher. He has back problems not helped by the fact he sits a lot for his teaching and practicing, and he raved about the Sitfit, so I thought I would give it a go as it would obviously be a cheaper option than a new chair! Well! job done as far as I'm concerned. I love it! it also helps strengthen your lower back core muscles, as you have to control the way you sit, because it's an air cushion as such. Made from a thick kind of rubber?, I would recommend getting a cover for it to avoid sweat issues! This is small and portable if you sit at work and I would say "built to last" I don't usually bother writing reviews, but thought this would be of use to quite a few people. Check it out!

Don't use it as a seat as such but when I am practicing on the guitar it has improved my posture to the extent that I no longer worry about getting a bad back if I play for too long

Really well made and an extra bonus for the included pump. This has seriously changed my posture and decreased the pain I was having in my shoulder/chest area from slouching to one side. I did originally look at getting a balance ball but rather than risking looking like a tit, this was the next best thing.

Good for sitting on in the office. Very expensive for what it is, but much less embarrassing than sitting on a gym ball in the office.The cushion is very small. I do not have a large bum, but my physio recommended the Plus size and I can see why! Even the plus size is not large and will very easily fit on any chair. The smaller size would I think be uncomfortably small.I put it on my standard "Aeron" office chair, so unlike the gym ball I now have height-adjustable seating and my legs are in the right place rather than having the ball push then forward. Posture-wise this is then an improvement on the gym ball.There are other similar (cheaper) products on the market that are completely round. I usea round one at home but find it encourage my knees to fall outwards rather than assume a more natural position forwards.I bought the velour cover too (also wildly overpriced) which stops it being so sweaty.

I was really excited about getting this cushion but so disappointed when I couldn't use it without purchasing a needle pump separately. A pump is supplied but no connection-very odd, on the plus side the cushion looks great quality but would be excellent if they advised you to buy the needle with it.UPDATE....needle inside handle of pump-its not easy to see because its so cleverly hidden away -I would now give this product 5 plus

Since sitting on this cushion for about 20 minutes twice per day, I have experienced a great reduction in the amount of pain I have been suffering in my lower back. The cushion was recommended to me and I, in turn, have recommended it to several people.

Sadly the Needle Pump is not present

Ich habe mir das Kissen gekauft, weil ich Rückenprobleme habe und bei längerem Sitzen automatisch getrümmt sitze. Das ist mit dem Kissen Vergangenheit. Man sitzt automatisch gerade und trainiert dazu noch die Rückenmuskulatur. Meine Schmerzen sind so gut wie weg. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen! 😀

There is no reason this should cost anywhere near as much as it does. But, after the first day, it reduced my low back pain by a lot. Hopefully, a Chinese company will copy this and sell it for $10 (and still make a nice profit).

Souffrant de douleurs dorsales, je peux vous dire que c'est inconfortable et que les j'ai encore plus mal. Ce coussin a également défoncé l'assise de ma chaise. A déconseiller !

Te expongo mi caso . Yo estoy operado de espalda con una artrodesis lumbar y trabajo en una oficina.Cada 15 días voy al osteópata para que me ayude a tener una mejor calidad de vida.Como bien sabéis si estáis en esta situación como la mía, los efectos colaterales son brutales ya no ya no hablo de la operación En si yéndote bien! , sino de los efectos musculares que se te atrofian debido a esta operación. La chica que me hace el tratamiento de osteopsta me recomendó este Sissel para la silla de la oficina para poder ir haciendo cambios posturales.Me lo compré me lo llevé a la oficina y me ha dado un salto de calidad a nivel de estar sentado en una silla económica brutal , la silla en si no me hacía bien . una vez puesto el cissel ha cambiado al 100 × 100 puedes cambiar de postura muchísimas veces. Te recomiendo que si lees esta observación sobre el producto y decides comprarlo y no te fuera bien. Puedes cambiarlo en Amazonel problema pero creo que si lo pruebas y padeces como yo de la espalda, incluso te diría sin estar operado que es un invento genial porque te corrige la postura de la espalda, poniendo toda más recta y no curvado te la zona de la columna .no se les pone mucho aire tiene una válvula y por allí la puedes llenar repito, no se le pone mucho aire cuando te sientes en él y que notes que estás sentado encima como de un globo aplastado . Es genial la sensación de bienestar que te da.Eso no quita como ya bien sabrás si sufres de esto que los cambios posturales son cojonudos, pero que los que estamos en esta situación necesitamos levantarnos y caminar y volvernos a sentar pero al estar sentado encima de este, sissel es mucho más cómodo que directamente a la suya y vuelvo a repetir, te hace poner la postura correcta en la silla, apoyando la columna en el respaldo de esta sin que tú estés forzando para mantenerla allí. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente .Y me he explayado un poco más en esta valoración, porque me pongo en la piel de los que están como yo y no saben de este artilugio que les puede ayudar mucho a nivel de salud tanto en el trabajo como en casa. Hice que mi mujer me regalara otro para tenerlo en casa en la cocina para las horas de la comida total que tengo uno en casa y otro en la oficina no me arrepiento para nada de los dos si Sissels
