Working for Intercom and landline phone
Sound quality is good. Quality of the product is great. Working for Intercom and landline phone given by Airtel broadband.Major disadvantage is, it is not having caller identity. Even not displaying the incoming caller number.

One of the best phone and best brand for its quality.I was using this particular model of 2line phone a way 20 years back which was still working in good condition. But I lost that phone in floods in 2009. And now I'm back with my best model of2 line phone of Panasonic...

Expensive Phone with Caller Line Identification facility
This phone does not have Caller Line Identification facility. Hence this phone may not be very useful. Audio call quality of this Panasonic Phone is The Best. If someone wants a good phone without Caller Line Identification facility, then they may buy this phone for the good quality of audio calls. It is very expensive phone though. Hence I have returned this phone to seller. Amazon and Seller were very cooperative during the return of goods and refund. I am happy for the experience dealing with Amazon and this seller.

I bought this phone from amazon in June. However, within 3 months of the purchase one line is not working. Now the phone is useless. I showed it to the local repairman who said the circuit is burnt and cannot be repaired. This phone is of no use to me now. The normal warranty period from a shop is of one year while at Amazon they do not accept the product after 15 days. Please take care of buying such products/electronic items from Amazon.

Perhaps a good product but inconsistent performance
It's a pity that none clarified / supported when I had an issue with this product.Purchased to connect 2 landlines - one direct and one via internal exchange. It worked for a day and then just stopped working! Contacted the support but no response. Hence had to return.
