I got this the jump start my cycle. It did what I intended it to do but did make my PMS symptoms worse. I did drink this aggressively, so I would try to just consume in moderate amounts but I would def recommend

Tastes like celery
The tea has more flavor than I was expecting. I like the taste of celery, but I do not like the taste of this tea. I think it would enhance the flavor of a soup broth.As for helping with hormonal symptoms, I can't say if it drastically affected them (but I only drank two cups of tea: one a few days before, and another on day 1). I'll continue drinking a cup every few days until the tea is gone. It's like taking medicine.

I hate the smell and taste
Yuck! I hate the smell and taste! I'm going to finish this pack but buying the pills next because I can't take the taste. I mix it with peppermint tea to help with the strong taste.
