It works as described. Good price.

I am building in the Amazon River basin in Peru and I am using these ties to secure my deck to the foundation and ledger system. In the event of a river flood (quite common down here) these will keep the deck from floating away. They work perfectly. Be sure and use all the screw holes and the correct screws to fill all the spaces. These should last for decades.
