I guess that I did not make it up properly, because the rice should be added to boiling water, instead of mixed in with soup/stew. Great flavor and easy to prepair with no bugs in the package and, a great quality and value for the money.

Brown rice -- especially from the Southern USA -- has more arsenic than white rice. Enjoy this whole grain with health benefits in moderation only. 1-star off due to potential arsenic risks. Another 1-star off because the box packaging leaks rice during shipping. The tops/bottoms of the box are not sealed tight -- so rice leaks out. White rice has a softer texture and more neutral, mild taste. Whole grain brown rice has a chewier texture, nuttier flavor, and more fiber.
