Not a UK Company, goods are despatched from a dwelling
Firstly, the goods were delivered promptly, as promised, so well done for that. The packaging described my exact model of motorcycle, but after that the problems arose! The side stand extender consists of: a stainless steel foot plate, an aluminium sandwich plate and a steel top plate, all held together with four countersunk bolts, washers and nylock nuts. The top plate was easily passed over the foot of the side stand, but the hole in the sandwich plate was longer and narrower than the foot it is supposed to sit round! I tried, in vain, to find a telephone number for Go Gravel. Their website only has numbers in USA, South Affica and mainland Europe! In desperation I pulled the address label from the packet to see if there was one on the back. Success! There was a mobile number for a guy called Mike Patchett on the back, so I rang the number. It is for Mr Patchett, but he has nothing to do with Go Gravel and is the Conservative candidates for the local elections in Basingstoke. It turns out, my label was printed on the back of one of his election leaflets, he is not impressed with the person who lives at the address for returns of goods to Go Gravel. It seems he is merely a box shifter. He imports goods from South Africa, (that what it says for the manufacturing origin on the label on the packet), then shifts them on to Amazon customers! I did manage to fit the part, after an extended time spent filing the aluminium of the sandwich plate, but I definitely won’t be a returning customer and would not recommend dealing with this individual.

Everything was great. Several queries to GoGravel were handled promptly and quickly. 😁Fitted perfectly and looks to be very well made.Will be checking the headlight cover as that looks pretty cool.😁
