I bought this Turmeric Curcumin supplement for its anti-inflammatory benefits. I have taken 2 capsules a day for a few weeks now - 1 with breakfast and the other with dinner, but I have missed a dose here and there. The capsules do have a strong taste, but it is not terrible and there is no aftertaste. The capsules are also easy to swallow. As far as the anti-inflammatory benefits, I do have pain relief when taking the Turmeric Curcumin supplement. The supplement does not relieve all pain, but it does help. I also like that the capsules are vegan. I recommend taking Turmeric Curcumin if you do experience pain and you are looking for natural pain relief.

I’ve been suffering from hyper inflammatory issues most of my life. I have a lot of experience taking different supplements to help with these issues. I can say that this turmeric curcumin supplement has been the best I have tried so far! I have tried powder supplements, chewables, you name it for some reason this type of pill is smooth and easy to swallow daily. It doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste either. I have noticed a significant difference in my joint pain and I have had absolutely no new breakouts in my skin especially psoriasis. I will definitely continue to take the supplements. This is the best value for the price I have found! The black piperine ensures that the turmeric is not eliminated right away and allows for better absorption. I feel this is a good concentration of turmeric curcumin and get excellent inflammation reduction

Thanks for fast international shipping, it’s not easy to find turmeric curcumin in Middle East,it looks like it is working, we used it for only 2 weeks now for knee pain , I will update.The thing that I didn’t like is that the jar has strong turmeric smell.

These seem to be turmeric in powder form incasulated in a clear capsule. That is great as we can see what we’re taking. What I like most is that the size of these are standard capsule size and easy to swallow. I’ve tried some other types that had huge pills, which I didn’t love.This came with safety seal.All seems well!

Was very apprehensive taking this, I had awful pain in my hip joint was limping around after sitting down for any length of time. To my amazement only two weeks in the pain has eased so much no limping around. Would highly recommend. Also can tell it’s working with digestive system also.

I like that the product is non-GMO and organic. I have been taking turmeric for a couple of years to help with arthritis joint pain and inflammation. The relief is not dramatic, but if I run out, I can tell if I don't take it for a week or more as my joints start aching more.

i have a love hate relationship with supplements but this is the kind i will use. Turmeric Curcumin with Bioperine Black Pepper Extract helps promotes absorption support joint comfort and a healthy inflammation response after vigorous exercise.* Turmeric is also being researched for its effects on brain, heart, liver and circulatory system health., I took 2 pills the recommend dosage right away and I got a major headache and this kept happening, so I decreased the dosage to 1 pill a day is all my body can handle. Also, this stuff really regulates the body, if you know what i mean. When that happens,you can loose weight, i did. I will purchase more.

Tried other Tumeric Supplements. Most were just ground root in capsules. It only works properly if its truly 500mg Tumeric extract with 95% curcumenoids. Bioperine/black pepper helps your body absorb the Tumeric. And black pepper is good for you too!These supplements work great at reducing joint inflammation and when combined with Sports Research's Collagen Peptides, which I put in my coffee , in the morning, makes a huge difference in my mobility with the added benefit of harder and longer nails and thicker hair. I didn't realize how well these products worked until I ran out of both, at the same time.

I like this because it doesn't have unnecessary filler ingredients and the turmeric is organic. I can smell the turmeric the second I open the bottle and sometimes it leaves an orange reside on my fingers unfortunately. This brand also doesn't give me heartburn like Nature's Bounty. Turmeric is known best for fighting inflammation and pain. There are studies that show it can help prevent certain types of cancers. This is a 2 months supply, and instructions recommend you take it with a fatty meal for better absorption.

This product seems to be doing exactly what it was purchased for, reducing inflation and helping joints. Turmeric is supposed to be good for cholesterol as well, so I am looking forward to the next blood work. I did not realize all the benefits of turmeric but after doing some research I hope to see good results. So happy to have this product, looking forward to an update. But it is a little easier to work, not as stiff after just 5 days

I no longer have to take over the counter pain medications and this product works better and for a longer period of time. There appears to be no side effects taking this product. If you take the capsule with lots of water, there is no after taste.
