Q: Can this unit process a 4k input (3860 x 2140)? I understand the output will be 1080p.

It is not available. This unit get 2x2 video wall get one big picture the max. resolution is 1920x1080 @60Hz

Hi there, this model will rotate 90 degree automatically when there are input source. If you don't need rotation for vertical display, you can buy our LM-TV04 for horizontal display.

Q: We bought one of these in aug 2018. it is not turning on. we suspect it is the transformer/power supply cord. can we buy that from you?

It is the power cord.....I had to push mine in and put duct tape to hold it in place
