Absolutely love the Arctis 7P+! The sound quality is incredible, super clear with great surround sound, and the comfort is top-notch for long gaming sessions. The battery life is impressive too. It only needs a 30 minute charge for 40 hour session. I’ve only charged it once which was last week. Huge shoutout to the seller for the lightning-fast next-day delivery. Everything was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Highly recommend both the headset and the seller!

In general it’s a good Headphones using for both PS5 and PC, however you might face an issue where it stops charging after the battery is fully drained. In order to fix it remove the Ear Cups and there is a hole in one of them it where you can insert Pin and keep pressing on it for 5 seconds so it can manufacture restart and it will charge again bare it mind for it to work when you insert the Pin you need to make sure it hit the button there.

My wife has been using these wireless headphones since 2022 for gaming on her PS5 and PC, and they’ve held up well overall. The 30-hour battery life is legit, she charges them once a week, even with nightly gaming sessions. The sound quality is crisp and immersive for story-driven games. Comfort is good too and they don't squeeze the ears like other headphones tend to do. We did hit a problem early on. The volume rocker refused to work on her PC, which was frustrating (though it functioned fine on PS5). After a firmware update a few months in, the issue resolved itself. It’s been smooth since, but I’d have expected better out-of-the-box compatibility for a headset marketed as multi-platform. But overall, for the price, they’re a solid pick if you need a comfortable, versatile wireless headset.
