My 14 month old daughter and I made a hand and foot print and painted it for Mothers Day and it was easy safe and made a great gift. I highly recommend takes about 48hours to completely dry in a 65-75 F temp.

My daughter and her husband had a baby in 2018 so I wanted to do this as a First Christmas gift to them. Emmy was 10 mos old at Christmas. I could only fit one of her hands on the mold which worked fine. Just wanted to note that if you wish to fit a hand and foot or two hands, two feet, the child needs to be much younger. Once, thoroughly drive (after a few days), I painted the mold and left the hand print white to give it contrast. I wrote with a fine sharpie, 1st Christmas 2018. Also wrote on the back of the mold that it was from Emmy. My daughter loved it. The dough seems pliable enough to work with and if you mess up the first time, you can run the dough through your hands and start over again. Use something thick enough to make a hole all the way through the dough so you can get the rope or ribbon inserted when it's dry if that's what you choose to do.

The media could not be loaded. The product is really great. I believe it's worth every penny. I had to do my daughter's feet prints over again due to if you don't push her foot down they don't come out as great and she also curled her toes, we did have to distract her with her bottle while doing it. It didn't come with alot of clay so I could only make two molds for now but over all I was very pleased.

I bought this to save the memory of my son's first Christmas. It was the perfect craft for us to do, and easy, which is very helpful when completing it with a 4 month old. I also appreciated that it came with two molds for our baby's handprint. This way I could save one and gift the other to his grandparents. I would highly recommend this kit for anyone looking to commemorate their little one's hand or footprints.

These are fairly easy to make, though getting an imprint from a newborn is a bit of a challenge. Some of the tricky things include molding and getting the imprint before they start drying. We had to use the paintbrush to press and enhance the imprints because they were hard to see. When they dried, there was a ton of cracking everywhere. Using the white paint to cover the cracks was pretty successful but there’s only a little bit of paint. When we tried painting the feet, the paint colors are super highlighter bright. The pink is not a baby pink as the picture shows - it’s hot pink and not cute at all. We ruined our first one trying to get a good color (tried pink, yellow and red; none looked good). We’ll be spray painting these or buying better colors from a craft store. Overall it’s a relatively fun diversion between newborn feedings.

This product arrived with everything that was promised. I love that there is a circle AND a heart shape to use. The clay was easy to roll in my hands and warm it up before putting it in the mold. It was a bit hard to get out all the lines but it still came out pretty good for my first time. The paint colors were a bit dull for use on the clay. Brighter colors would work better but it did the job and came out great! Its easy to use and makes a great gift!
