The Louis L'Amour Collection [DVD] [Region 1] [NTSC]

Was really looking forward to watching this, the first disc of the sacketts was great but couldn't watch the second disc because it wouldn't play, said it was wrong region.. Very disappointed.

The inside clip to hold the DVD was damaged and the discs were jumbled up .The first disc was faulty, and the second disc was for another region (USA?) and could not be played . My DVD player is fairly new and plays other discs in our collection without any problem.I am aware that the subject DVD came from USA and the packaging was not very good and could be the reason for the damaged case.I consider that the whole deal was a waste of money.

i bought it for the sackett dvds. although good i thought that both connagher and catlow were better maybe the sacketts were a little mixed up switching from one story to the other story so not getting the continuity, i like. despite this i am pleased i bought it as i enjoyed them all especially connagher which was my favourite story. all in all a good buy.

There was nothing to dislike about any of the films they were all great I recommend them to everyone

That about covers it... the two duds... in which Yul Brinner did not participate... are "modern" westerns. Now there are some of these which are done well, but there are far more like these. The script writers and directors have produced a pair of cures for insomnia. Sellick can do much better than this...
