Didn’t work/received full refund.
Tried to use it on 2 different airlines and it didn’t work. Got a full refund. May just have received a defective one.

exact replacement as original.
lost mine, and this one is a very good replacement. there are so many different for sale, at different prices, i hesitated a lot, but this one works fine and is very sturdy. i can now plug my Bose again when i fly Delta.

Used/broken item shipped
This item was obviously either used or returned broken and sent out to me. The plugs looked ok but the casing is split and the jack for your headset is misaligned. The product came with an internal plastic sleeve that had obviously been around the product during the first attempt to sell but was not sealed in it when sent to me, thus I can only assume it made it back and then was resold. Since I cannot push the pieces back together and am doubtful that it will work, or work very long since it was obviously returned defective, I am sending it back. I will give it a second chance if they send a new one and it works.

Great for Delta
I had no idea if any of the airlines made use of wired headphones, but when I picked up my Bose Quietcomfort headphones for a work trip, I figured that just in case I'd get this adapter. I'm so glad that I did. I got on a Delta flight from Korea to the USA and if I didn't have this adapter, I'd have had to listen to the onboard entertainment in mono.

Battery don’t last long
Battery don’t last more than 5 hours… A used on a 8 hours flight and wasn’t enough battery. Stopped working About 5 hours of use…
