Easy to install and great value - installed in Feb 2021 and lasted a year and a half so just now having to get another another one! Not bad! Worked great - no problems.

Quality
After 3 months of usage, battery can not be full charge anymore. Requested for exchange but was asked to pay for shipping. If I need to pay for shipping I might as well buy a new battery other brand.

Not First Power brand. Not returnable
Look closely at the picture. It is not First Power as it appears from the headline. I paid more thinking I was getting the brand name (and prime) and now I also find out it’s not returnable. Not happy.

Still need to use it to understand it's reliability etc., but so far so good.

Didnt last at all.
Bought this product october 31st and only lasted one minor brownout and now no longer detects in my apc... replaced with another battery and system has been working fine..
