FRIGIDAIRE FFMV1645TS 30" Over the Range Microwave with 1.6 cu. ft. in Stainless Steel

Everything is working well so far. I was able to use the existing wall mount and existing cabinet opening which made installation much easier. One minor complaint, my previous model had 2 lights over the stove top with high and low settings. This microwave only has one, either on or off. The LED light is a bit harsh compared to the incandescent lights of the old model. Again this is a minor issue. All in all it’s a nice unit.I wrote a previous review rating the seller low for late delivery. They called and followed through on their promise to make it right and delivered to my door through FedEx.

Our relatively young, outside-vent Frigidaire microwave (same model number) failed in the middle of the 2022 holidays. We had been happy with that original microwave. To expedite replacement without having to re-create new venting structure in our home, we bought the new generation, same model number. It took two men, some sophisticated tools, and about two hours to install. It works. It has a few new features that are nice: more choices on the pad, much higher air movement with the exhaust fans. The door squeaks when opening or shutting. It is noisier when it operates than the original, not just in decibels but also like the motor is slightly unhappy. I don't have a better way to describe that. I have hyperacusis, so slight deviations in sounds and noise levels are very apparent to me. This unit is not 100% up to my expectations. If it does its job for three or more years, I will be ok with the purchase. But I am not positive I can recommend this item. It doesn't live up to the quality of our very, very quiet Frigidaire dishwasher, or the solid and quiet operation of the microwave it replaced.

With all the other kitchen gadgets we all own my microwave is not the workhorse of my kitchen. This doesn't have all the bells and whistles of my last one. Things I never used anyway. But it is powerful and nice looking. The fan works well and you could land a plane when the light is on. For me, it's just right.

This Frigidaire microwave is a very nice looking appliance. It was not as easy to install as we hoped, because the door on ours did not line up with the top and bottom of the rest of the microwave, though we did get it fixed with some amount of trouble. Other than that, the microwave works fine and looks nice in our kitchen. The only minus is it is loud when latching the door and somewhat loud when in use.

The door doesn’t line up with the top or bottom which is disappointing. Otherwise it’s a nice microwave and looks good above the range and very easy to install

Substantially easier to install because it fit right into previous mounting frame. Has necessary controls but no advanced features. Construction feels slightly flimsier than our previous microwave. No reflection on the appliance rating but shipment arrival date was missed requiring us to waste an entire day because delivery required a signature from FedEx. Delivery appeared to come into WA State than back out to Oregon and then back to our Seattle address.

We needed an above the stove microwave and this fit the bill. It was a little larger than we thought - but it was the smallest we could find for a decent price. Worked fine and looks great. Arrived very quickly. Overall very happy with this purchase.

The fan has to be repositioned before installation, otherwise the air flow is wrong. I don't know the reason for shipping with the fan inside the microwave in the wrong position.

It was a great price but I replaces it with a whirlpool microwave. If I were to see it before I purchased it I probably would not have bought it. Door sounds inexpensive. Very basic compared to the old one ....which can be good for people who wouldn't use all the features. I purchased because it looked the. Lowest to the one I had to match the oven . The price was good compared to the other I saw , but I guess you get what you pay for. Hope it lasts as long as the whirlpool microwave. Hope this helps.

I dislike that there was a dent in the microwave on the side. Not sure if Fedex did it or if the company shipped it out dented. Other than that I had a handyman install for me and it was relatively easy for him.

it is a nice microwave. it was easy to install, it is a 2 man job. my only complaint is it had a dented corner but I'm not worried about it. Just remember, inspect your product before throwing away the Styrofoam and cardboard box.

The microwave works great. I'm not having any problems with it. The only problem I did have is that it was sent damaged on the left corner of the microwave. The box wasn't damaged but the item was so it was a damaged product they sent to me. I would never want to pay full price for a damaged product.

As expected, works well. The only one thing, after the time is up and the food is ready it keeps making noise untill the door is opennedOur old one did not do it( it would beep only couple of time after food is ready), so it drives my husband krazy😂

We bought our original microwave as a set from "NFM" , a furniture store where I'm from. This microwave went out three months after the warranty expired. I'm pretty sure they're made to do exactly that. They know if people buy it as a set, they'll keep purchasing the appliances that stop working just to keep the same brand. I'm not impressed with "Frigidaire " appliances and I plan to start switching to another brand if anything goes wrong with the other appliances.
