Smaller die cut letters are NOT welded to each other. But that size die cut is perfect to insert onto a more complicated for busy card topper...larger dies can stand alone on card front or with simpler designs...excellent bargain because you get multiple sized dies and stamps! I used clear contact paper from the dollar store as transfer paper to pick up letters and then add glue to underside of paper letter, then applied to card. As you can see the results were perfect. This was a first try, and took under 5 minutes.

The big thanks die, and the grateful die are fine. If I had known the others were cut with individual letters, so tiny you need a magnifying and tiny tweezers to work with them, I would NOT have bought these.

Something I've wanted and now I have this was my very first set of dies and when I get my big shot I'll be buying a whole lot more

I make Thank You cards and sell them. This is one of my favorite sets! I love that I can stamp and/or use my die cutting machine. The stamps work great and give a nice clear stamp, the die cuts cut crisp and sharp. I couldn't be happier.
