Now Foods, Yucca, 500 mg, 100 Capsules

Been on it a couple of weeks now, but my sleep has picked up already. My CBS+ gene produces too much ammonia and apparently Yucca root is about the best way to remove ammonia!

I have been using these yucca supplements for my health and I can actually tell you that they are working well. I will probably put this on subscription since this product has helped me so much.

When I use it three times a day It works. I was super skeptical cause there are so many snake oil remedies for things we all know eventually do nothing. But this one works. I can sit longer at a movie, I don't feel a great urge to pee most of the time. At night if I get up its a normal pee. I don't feel like "I gotta go" a lot like I used to. That's a big help.
