The media could not be loaded.  Really like this soap dispenser, where it gets the clutter away from the sink. Where before, I had a soap dispenser that basically wobbles from not sitting flush, and either falling or spitting out soap when you didn't need it. With this one it easily mounted on wall, three screws, found the stud, and was on solid in a matter of minutes. For filling, very easy to take down and has a lock to keep the kids from loading up something they should not, and the most important, it works perfect every time I put my hand under it, no false signals dropping soap either, where this one is just perfect. No cons, very happy with the purchase.

I ordered two of these soap dispensers for my business. They arrived in seemingly fine condition, but after installing the batteries, nothing happened. The sensor didn't function and neither did the LED. We returned the dispensers, but when the second pair arrived, it was clear that they wouldn't work either. The second pair both "work" in the sense that they turn on and sound like they are trying to dispense soap, but the suction/pump in the units is not strong enough to pull any soap down and into your hand. We tried with watered-down soap and even straight water, but the pump is not strong enough to handle any of it.I would NOT recommend this product to anyone. If you do get it, be sure to test them before installing the wall anchors. Now I have six holes in my wall that need to be patched.

I am super paranoid about cross contamination in the kitchen. I use different cutting boards for meat, seafood, and vegetables. Ever since my last touchless dispenser stopped working after having it for only a few days! I decided to get another because I was tired of using whatever clean part of my hands I could find to use a hand pump when I was handling meat. I went with this one because the price was reasonable and it can be wall mounted! This is nce because I don't have to worry about it going off every time my hand passes under it. I can put it high enough that that's not a problem. I used three thumb tacks to mount it rather than the screws so I did not have to put holes in the walls and it works great. It stays up. It takes 4 AA batteries. It puts out just the right amount of soap, which my last one could not do despite having 3 or 4 different settings. It comes with like a little key to open and close the top where you add soap so you do have to be careful of losing it. But the key can remain in there always, so hopefully that's not a problem. Overall, this seems to be a good product.

I've had a similar dispenser from another brand (no longer available). That unit is 4 years old and is going strong.This unit looks the same. It was easy to install and had a new feature, the ability to adjust how much soap is dispensed. I've been happy with the unit, until it stopped working at all after 10 months. Batteries swapped, but no luck. I contacted the seller "Zolson" and was told that 10 months was too long. No clear communication on what the warranty period was stated. I like the unit, and definitely will be replacing it. Hopefully I'll have better luck with another brand.

Does not work! Seller claims will only work using high powered AA batteries! I have lithium in the unit and still nothing! Only offered 30% back on my purchase. Can't even return to Amazon because the item shows its still in transit. Scam! Item is crap and seller is crap! Buy at your own risk.Seller keeps emailing back insisting I remove my review first before sending me a replacement unit!

The media could not be loaded.  This soap dispenser does exactly what it says it will do, and it does it great. I bought this because, with handpump soap dispensers, my son makes a mess and leaves the sink area like a swimming pool. With this product, I can rest assured that there will be no soap mess. As soon as you put your hand under it, it detects motion and dispenses soap. There are 2 settings for how much soap you want. You can slide the dispenser on and off the wall easily for quick refills. I am very happy with my purchase. No cons. A great product that looks good and functions wonderfully.

When I got this, the screw that holds the battery compartment in was missing. I should have known something was wrong then, but I went ahead and installed it and filled it with soap. It didn't work. I tried what the directions said and it still didn't work. While I was cleaning my soap out of it, I noticed a different color soap that was dried inside the battery compartment!!! Now I have to go through the hassle of printing a label and shipping it back. IT WAS USED!!I have been in contact with the company and told I will get a replacement. I will change my rating if/when I receive a new working dispenser.I received a new dispenser and it is working good.

We are using this in my kids bathroom so they don't use a whole bottle of soap to wash their hands. It does exactly as it should. They think it is fun and they are using much less soap instead of making a bubbly mess. Motion activated is great because they don't even have to touch it.
