Used this 1HP sump pump to remove the last few inches of water from our above-ground pool, and it worked perfectly. It was easy to set up, pumped out the water quickly, and handled the job without any issues. Solid, reliable, and saved me a ton of time—highly recommend!

Pump works great, way to use and no issues. The only reason I dropped it to 4 stars is one of the pieces that screws on was stripped. So that attachment was no good. It’s not a fast pump but it does move water

I bought this to drain and do repairs on a large inground pool. It's powerful, runs quietly and gets the job done. I've had other pumps with metal housings that have corroded, so was glad to see this one is not metal. I like that the intake on the bottom is designed in a way that helps present debris from clogging it up, and it picks up water in a very shallow depth. The only thing I wish I'd done is order two of them,, and I may do that anyway.

Oh I LOVE this pump! I bought it to drop in my 55 gallon rain barrel (have 3 connected to each other). Hook up my hose and water my entire garden and flower beds. Saves me from buying water which is expensive or having to dip the watering can into the barrels!

Tried to pump out basement, had 14" of dirty water but float switch would not run it unless held about 20" above the floor & out of water. Very disappointing as there was not anything handy to tie it up to, and auto shot off would not have worked either. So it is only useful in a 2 foot deep sump pit. Hence the 3 star rating.Nice & quiet but the float switch was useless. All it was good for was confirming the sewer was plugged too. That is not the pumps fault. This is the only house in this subdiv with a basement built by a guy who should have been sued 60 years ago for shoddy practice.
