Good flavor, not too spicey
Great flavor, not too hot, maybe a little on the salty side. Usually the Adobo with chipotle peppers gets too hot before you have a good adobo flavor, but this sauce will let you build store=ner flavor without getting excessively spicy.

Best base for broth, soup, etc
I use this for making tortilla soup, Mexican rice, etc. I also use Better Than Bullion chicken and beef bases for sauces, gravy, soups. Excellent flavor, enough salt so no additional salt needed, and about half the cost of pre-made broth or stock. My grocery store stopped stocking Adobo, and was happy to find it here.

Fabulous flavor
This is fabulous. I add 1teaspoon to other best boullion broths and it definitely changes the broth. Not overly spicey but flavorful

Will be adding this to the re-stock list!

If you need salt and red dye, this is it, otherwise no no no
Start by saying that I use Better than Bouillon bases in a lot of stuff and they are always fantastic. I usually use the beef, veggie, or chicken with no issue. Took a chance on the Adobo to mess around with in a few dishes. Didn't make it that far. This stuff is basically a jar of red gooey salt. No pepper flavor of any sort, no Chipotle (as I would think for the name), not even a dash of heat. The tiniest dab was like a spoonful of Maldon. May have been a bad batch but if not this stuff is terrible.
