This is a good form of vitamin E at a decent price.

This is a far superior Vitamin E supplement then anything else on the market. I would highly recommend you take this supplement for your Vitamin E needs. According to the late Dr. Stephen Sinatra (who has a few books out on cardiovascular disease especially the one on "The Great Cholesterol Myth, Revised and Expanded: Why Lowering Your Cholesterol Won't Prevent Heart Disease--and the Statin Free Plan that Will), talks about a higher gamma supplement. This Vitamin has all 4 in it, alpha, beta, delta and gamma. I wouldn't use anything less. Also in this book, he talks about fish oil - they are not all alike...in that Squid oil is better for your heart than fish and there is no burp of fish taste. He markets the squid under his name which you can get on Amazon as well.

Seems to be good! though second order the softgels were a different tint. Back label difficult to read.

I have used vitamin E for years but I especially love this one because it has tocotrienols and it was a great value compared to other i have used in the past. I use it mainly for brain (migraine) and cardiovascular health but I think an added bonus is that my hair has remained thick and my skin has remained healthy. I keep a capsule in my manicure kit on my nightstand with a small needle hole punched in it. I squeeze a tiny bit out onto my hands before bed each night.

I don't hold tocopherols in high esteem. That is what the vast majority of vitamin E supplements are limited to containing. My online research indicates tocotrienols are vastly more effective and beneficial, even in very low amounts. It's my wish to support the health of my heart and inner lining of the blood vessels. It's my belief, that this product which contains a plethora of different tocotrienol types, will fulfill that wish. Though this product contains tocopherols, I bought it specifically for the tocotrienols. I chose this one over competitors because it contains a wider variety of tocotrienols and was at the lower end of the price spectrum.
