LIFEPAC 8th Grade 4-Subject Set Paperback

We love Lifepac sets for homeschooling, accredited, easy to use, understand and has differing ideology so my son can learn both sides of education. Would recommend lab kits and videos for the extras! *hint hint* ebay sells them used!

This is our 4th year using lifepac for homeschooling. I appreciate that things are broken into manageable daily lessons and the teacher guide is especially helpful for math. Solid core curriculum

I take evening classes working on a bachelor's degree in mental health, so fortunately it frees me up for homeschooling my fourteen year old stepdaughter during the day. This is our first year as a homeschooling family, so truth be told; it was a little daunting at first.Before deciding on which curriculum was best, I had to do my own homework. Homeschooling is NOT a free for all; it requires commitment, discipline and organizational skills by both the child and the parent. You do NOT have to be a certified teacher to homeschool your children, but it helps if you are academically driven. The Alpha Omega Lifepac makes very easy to keep organized and help my stepdaughter stay on task.What especially impressed me is that Alpha Omega also offers a website with a support forum. On this site, I have access to homeschooling resources and even support groups. I even got a phone call from a company rep, just to make sure that We received all our materials and to ask if I needed any support. I have been VERY impressed so far and highly recommend this company for your homeschooling needs! In case You wondering, Yes, the science book DOES indeed teach evolution. This may an important factor if you are in the market for homeschooling products. These are Christian based, so I realize that may be a concern for some people. All of the materials are just same as what you would find in a standard public school curriculum.

It was as described and we liked the price as well. It went through the whole year and worked great. This curriculum is great and easy to flow through. Easy for the parent and student. This year 2014-15 we tried the Switched on and we were disappointed with it. Its not as movable as the Lifepac. We are going back to the Lifepac next year. I have even started out little one on the Lifepac and is enjoying every bit. I highly recommend this curriculum to every homeschooling parent especially if you life to give schedules. Just remember to order the science dvd for science class and you are all set.
