High-shank ruler foot works well with Janome 6600
The high-shank ruler foot fits well on the Janome 6600. It is just as easy to add this foot to the machine as any other foot. It rides well next to the arc ruler that came with it. It takes practice to get an even stitch rhythm but once you do it glides along the ruler.

I have both the Low Shank and High Shank
I bought the low shank foot for my Singer and Necchi machines. It works great. So when I bought my Jamone MC6650 I had to get the high shank version. Both feet are metal and have a large adjustment range for thick to thin quilt sandwiches. The rulers are nice, with the low shank version being thin enough to get behind a low shank foot. The only thing I wished would be different is if it came with a smoother, clearer non-slip tape for the ruler. I used my own. Well worth the money.

Great
This fit my DM2 with no issues. It was not centered directly so you can set the needle to move over a bit via the control panel. I FMQed my first quilt and it was really easy. I like using the rulers better than just moving it around with no guide. Can't wait to get more rulers.

Great foot for my setup
Wanted to use rulers with my short arm Brother 1500s and grace frame. works great and the ruler that comes with it is very nice. I love that the lines are etched into the ruler and not just painted on.

Broke after 5 months use
This foot had too much movement even when screwed in tightly. This morning it broke after only 5 months of use. It had a rough surface which led me to believe it was of poor quality. Will not purchase again though I have bought other products from this company and been satisfied.

Great Addition to Quilting and SUPERB Customer Service
I bought this for my Brother ULT2001 so I could quilt my own quilts. Of course I need practice, but the foot is easy to guide around the templates. I have tried free motion quilting but had to come to the realization that I lack the necessary skill set for FMQ. A particularly nice feature is that once the foot is attached it can be adjusted higher or lower to accomidate various quilt sandwich thicknesses. After much practice I should be able to quilt beautiful patterns. In the past I've taken quilts to be long armed. However, the linear designs are not always showing off the piecing or adding that pizzazz a block by block quilting pattern adds.Yes, I know artistic long arm quilting is out there; unfortunately, I cannot afford to pay the artists what their artistry is worth.Huge thanks to the terrific customer service of both Sew Steady (for determining the correct foot) and SkyView Deals (for making the exchange without any hassle) I was able to get a replacement foot since I mistakenly ordered Low shank instead of the High shank my machine requires. My 'return by' date had expired yet Tom and Mrs. Tom of SkyView helped me contact Amazon and all was taken care of.

A nice foot but not for my machine
I did not realize that this foot does not fit the Brother PQ1500SL. The needles isn’t centered. After further research, I found the my machine requires the “high shank special ruler foot”. My fault for not researching further.

Does not fit Babylock Crescendo as specified.
The foot is described as a fit for Babylock machines. The foot height is right but the needle does not lie in the center of the foot, so there’s no 1/4” distance to all sides. Also, the metal looks of a lesser quality than other presser feet I own. I am very disappointed. I have a Babylock Crescendo.
