How do you know what size to order

Hi,
Select your glove size based on HAND CIRCUMFERENCE. 
With your hand open, measure the circumference of your hand at the base of your knuckles (not including the thumb).
You can also check the image of our full finger gloves via below link to see where to take the measurement. You can take measurement with a measurement tape or string.

For the half finger gloves, disregard the length of the middle finger shown on the image. Length of middle finger is only relevant for our full finger gloves. The hand circumference is applicable for both half finger and full finger gloves.

Then select your size based on below hand circumference range:
S: (6.70"- 7.50")
M: (7.50"- 8.25")
L: (8.25"- 9.00")
XL: (9.00"- 9.85")

Our gloves are generally snug-fitting. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger of the two sizes.
If you prefer looser fitting gloves, buy one size larger.

What is the best way to wash these gloves?

Hi,

As indicated on the cardboard the glove came with or the tag inside the glove, we recommend the following for cleaning:
Machine Wash Cold 85F (30C)
Do not Bleach
Do not Iron
Do not Dry Clean
Do not Tumble Dry

The listing has "black" as an option, but the photo shoes a glove that is half white, half black. Is the photo accurate?

So is the padding gel or not? some reviews say yes, others claim no. would be nice if seller would answer.

The dampening is with shock absorbing foam. 4-zone shock-absorbing pads are strategically placed throughout the palm and provide effective cushioning from the vibrations passed through the bike to the main contact points on your hand, while maintaining a natural grip with the handle bars.
