This gave me acne all over my face and irritated me maybe not for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WORTH THE PRICE! I’m in my 50s & have oily skin (sometimes combo), and my skin is extremely sensitive. This cream isn’t oily, but it does leave a dewy/bouncy texture which I really like—not quite a “glass skin” look, but nice & dewy making skin look fresh. It’s lightweight, but rich & moisturizing. This doesn’t make my skin oiler at all (although, again, it does leave a bit of a dewy/bouncy texture, so if you are looking for something with a matte finish, then this is probably not the one for you) & it’s completely fragrance-free and has never bothered my skin once, and I even use it on and around my eyes. This cream is the BEST I’ve ever tried—hands-down (and I’m old enough that I have tried many). I started by using it at night layering it after azelaic acid & tretinoin & I’m thrilled with the results! I wake up with incredibly moisturized skin. Prior to using this cream, I was having some minor irritation from the tretinoin & this miracle stuff completely banished all irritation! Since I started using this on top I’ve had ZERO irritation from the tret. Since it was doing so well at night, I thought I’d give it a try during the day, although I was afraid it would be a bit rich for daytime use. But my fears were unfounded, but note that I apply it fairly lightly during the day. It’s been fantastic during the day as well. I considered the price a little high for this cream when compared to others, but honestly, I now feel it’s more than worth the cost. I think it’s a very fair price for the quality you get. I’ve been using this for about 2 months now and I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to go back to another face moisturizer! It checks all my boxes, and I will definitely be purchasing again. Easy fix! *by on Reviewed in the United States 17 July 2026* If you liked that purple moisturizer from a certain brand but don't want to break the bank, this is the perfect dupe! My skin barrier used to be compromised, it was rough, dry, would burn from products that didn't used to burn me, but this moisturizer fixed it! It doesn't have any overwhelming fragrances in it and it does not burn sensitive areas on the face or the eye area at all! I like to apply a little more of this product on problem areas like around the mouth (which would stretch and sometimes get dry or cause makeup to peel whenever I'd smile) as well as under the eye to better prep that area to wear a powder product on top. It has a somewhat thick consistency so you could get away with using less to make it last. I've been perscribed Tretinoin and Clindamycin and I've used this product over those with no issue. I've worn this product every day under liquid makeup as well as powder makeup, it makes a great skin prep for foundation. It leaves the skin feeling really soft and hydrated all day long so your makeup can sit over it comfortably. If you tend to be dry, have a compromised skin barrier, or you skin tends to "eat" most moisturizers up and leave behind nothing which causes you to feel dry, give this a try!
