Olyra: Raspberry Fruit Bars (12), Organic Low Sugar High-Fiber Snack

Been trying to work in more fiber into my diet. ive tried all the Olyra fruit bars now and apple cinnamon is my favorite flavor out of all of them. the bars are all smaller than a nutrigrain bar, but have decent fiber for the size and calorie count. i eat them as a "supplement" to my diet. i am currently deployed and food is not as varied as back home so this has been a good way to get some additional fiber. they travel pretty well, i have some in my work cubby and keep a couple in my backpack. they traveled here in the same box as a heavy item and the box was completly crushed and covered in a leaked can of pop, but the bars survived. i usually eat one a day as a snack, theyve never given me digestive issues or hurt my stomach from too much fiber. overall theyre great for what they are, a supplemental snack, but they are a little pricy if comparing them to a grocery store fruit bar. so i guess youre really paying for all the additional fiber, if thats important to you.

We’re always a little nervous trying “healthy” labeled snacks. Most of them taste like sand or chewing bark. These are actually really really good. The bars or little rounds are soft and chewy and the fruit flavors are very nice without being overly sweet. We’ve tried the blueberry, raspberry, and cinnamon apple. We finally found something everyone in the family enjoys. Definitely a keeper in our snack drawer.

Well these exceeded my expectations! I enjoy their breakfast bars and thought I’d check these out. These raspberry bites are delicious. No weird flavor and I don’t find them to be overly sweet. The cookie part is not sweetened. I love the fiber and protein content. I’m so pleased with the raspberry flavor that I just ordered the blueberry and strawberry! The box I received is fresh with a best by date of 12/26. The bites themselves are soft and not crumbly. I’m thrilled that I recognize and can pronounce every ingredient. If your expectation is that these would be a substitute for newtons, you should consider yourself warned. Although they are along the same lines, these are not filled with artificial flavors, tons of sugar, dyes and corn syrup. They are NOT the same! Personally, I’ve tried every flavor now. I enjoy them all!

I like the taste but they are too small...can also be "crumbly at times.
