Perfectly not too sweet just right
I've had this product.Before and it works so great.In my machine.It makes me a little cup of Cocoa.It's just a hit of sweet , that I meanI've had this product.Before and it works so great. I just couldn't ask for anything more o. P. SI bought some tiny dried marshmallows from a separate company and I throw those on top of my Cocoa and it makes it even better.

This does not fit all Nespresso machines
I was really looking forward to these pause because Nespresso doesn’t make hot chocolate. It advertised as compatible with Nespresso machines. I don’t know which ones but not with ours. So we got a whole box tried to in the machine to see if we had them right and then threw the box out. Very unhappy. I hate throwing money in the trash.

This brand is a bit pricier but has more chocolate or Cocoa flavor in it. Although it is a bit sweet for my taste

Great flavor but you to use several, so it's expensive
As someone who has never found a hot chocolate mix in the U.S. that doesn't have 2-3 times the sugar content and has half the cacao content that would be essential for a good hot chocolate, I was happy to find an imported product. This is good. It's delicious. However, I had to use 3 pods for a cup, using my Nespresso Latissima and topping it up with frothed hot milk. This made each cup probably the most expensive hot chocolate that I've ever had! As much as this is way higher quality than the alternatives, I'll probably continue to make my own hot chocolate the old-fashioned way: Unsweetened dutch-processed cocoa, sugar, & milk.

Tastes good but also one box arrived broken
This hot chocolate tastes REALLY good so I ordered more boxes. One of the boxes I ordered came with broken pods with the chocolate powder spilled out into the packaging (same issue that other customers have had). The items can't be replaced when damaged! So if everything goes ok, this hot chocolate is a winner, but its a shame that there is no option for replacement.

Amazing Flavor
These are amazing, flavor is great! I sometimes have them straight and sometimes combine them with an expresso pod. Love them, surprised they have to come all the way from Australia.
