I took this to a Jared's immediately to get a couple of links removed (I am a mid sized man). After removing a link from each side of the face, I was able to use the "sliding" adjuster that comes with it. So, by simply removing just a link or two - you can THEN USE the slider that will slide and tighten it and it locks in place. Very convenient. Love it. Very illuminous at night .... you will love it

This time piece met all my expectations. It wears well on the wrist. I wear it on a daily basis and is very comfortable. I receive many compliments on it everywhere I go. It's fantastic!!
