can you run other containers with a 15# container? or can you switch out to different size containers?

You can use various different sizes or weight containers..I used a larger one and Iran just fine..only draw back is the length is to short and it shifts from side to side wearing down the the plastic ends..it has plenty of power

What are the outside barrel dimensions? How far are the rollers apart?

I believe it is 6” pipe with a cap and a reducer
