Umbra Madera Wall Clock, Walnut/Black  I've shopped from amazon for years and has always been prime member. Always have confidence on the quality of the items and customer service. But this clock totally changed my impression. The clock clearly has no scale from the picture and even the video description, which makes it look modern. However, the one I received has 12 scales on the glass. They seems to be the same model, but different production batch. I contacted the customer service and was told that the only way to solve the problem is to return the item and order again. When I asked " what if another one still has scale on it?" Since I don't want to try my luck and return it again. They got no good solution and seems this is the only way to go. I know that amazon got advanced technology to automate and facilitate the operation, delivery and return etc., but there're still problems you can not solve well automatically. Now I've shipped back the item and got refund deducting the return shipping cost. (which I think is ridiculous). Anyway, I plan to order the clock directly from the manufacture this time.

I have this clock on my wall in my office and it looks classy. I like the look of wood, plus the glass as the cover makes it look very classy. Its a great clock for giving an artistic and unique look. I highly recommend it.

I liked the design and it worked well. But it's broken within 3years. I disappointed.

I absolutely love this clock. After researching clocks for about a week, I finally decided on an Umbra. My first Umbra order and it's great. I love the fact that it's a silent clock. It makes no noise whatsoever. Definitely worth the money.

Is Ok, Not too much quality...

The clock has a great look to it and a smooth, quiet second hand. My only minor gripe is that the clock would look better without the umbra logo, but otherwise it's fantastic.

This clock is beautiful to look at and quiet. I returned several clocks with loud second hands before finding this one.

The clock looks good but from the minute I opened the clock and put a battery in it has run slow and shuts down after 30 minutes of running.

Very sturdy, nice and quiet. Absolutely quiet. :)

Received this Umbra clock but disappointed in the condition that its arrived in. The clock itself has rusty clips on the back of it and the 'Umbra' sign to the front looks faded. Considering the £50 price tag attached to this clock I expected it to arrive in perfect condition which it has not.

I've always been a fan of umbra products for their design, quality and great value. This wall clock was a great addition to our living area which has very neutral colour tones and furniture. While there are probably cheaper alternatives I feel like this clock fit perfect for our needs.

Clock does not have hour dials like on picture. Misleading. Very cheap build. And hole for the hands is too big, so shows a poor finish

It is a nice looking clock. It is absolutely silent, no annoying ticking noise.Unfortunately the one I got keeps stoping after running for about an hour, then when I shake it, it works for another hour... then stops again.
