Maniuka honey was recommended to take with lemon for a heavy cold and sore throat. I have heard this many times but thought it was probably an old wives tale. I was totally bewildered and confused by the huge choice, and the massive difference in prices. I ended up buying this one as compared to others the price is reasonable, and it said Raw Honey which somehow seemed better. Anyway I have been taking as prescribed for two days and I think it works. I highly recommend and will buy from this seller again.

As someone who isn’t a huge fan of honey, I was recommended Manuka Honey as one which has many health benefits. I currently take half a teaspoon every morning along with my various vitamins and this it truly tastes amazing and has a silky smoothness which really appeals. I can’t quite comment on health benefits (I’d suggest a bit of research online if that’s the reason you want to purchase this). But as far as honey goes, I would highly recommend this.

I love manuka honey but do really think it's overpriced, a small pot for £19 a bit high I've had cheaper that has tasted better, not saying it's not tasty cause this is so on flavour yes price no
