It’s a very good quality product. You can definitely feel the premium touch that De’Longhi offers with its products. They have delivered a professional-level espresso experience similar to what you would get from a café machine worth over $3000, but at a much more affordable price. With all the accessories included, you save a lot instead of buying a cheaper machine and then purchasing the accessories separately. The only challenge I faced was learning to froth milk due to the low steam pressure, but after practicing the process 2–3 times and keeping the steam wand at the milk surface level, you quickly get used to it and learn it in a short time.

Great machine for espresso. The steam wand doesn’t have too much pressure but does the job with a bit of practice. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

I wish I hadn't bought this. The setting often take ages to reset and the steam wand is next to useless for latte art. It has no power so had to buy a frother and pan to heat milk. We bought for a small cafe and we can't send back but it's a big regret getting it.

I bought the De’Longhi EC890 just two weeks ago. I’m new to espresso machines, and this is perfect to start learning. Easy setup, compact size, makes good espresso with nice crema – much better than capsule machines. The steam wand is weak – it takes longer to froth milk properly, and not ideal for thick foam or latte art. But if you’re a beginner wanting to learn grinding, tamping, and brewing, it’s great and good value for money. 4 out of 5 stars

Good product at the discounted price 15k as it comes with all the accessories required for espresso. Steam pressure is also enough for cappuccino.

I bought this one after extensive comparison against Dedica EC685. This has a good tamper, a stainless steel good quality milk pitcher, easy to use touch controls and the option to cold brew. Got this on a price point similar to EC685 in the recent Republic day deal. Like the other Dedicas, we can control the brewing temperature, water hardness, brewing volume through custom settings which is quite easy. Milk steam is okay and I can get the decent silky foam. It produces nice crema in both the included pressure basket and separately purchased bottomless portafilter. I am in love with this machine. An excellent coffee machine. I was afraid before buying due to many people complaining about the steam issue, but i didn't find any problem any with steam generation. It makes excellent cappuccino. beautiful design, adds aesthetics to the kitchen...

Second machine withing a week still this machine i received came used. First one had pump issue. And the second came with descaler leaked and used product. What is delonghi doing?? It seems like they are just clearing off their stock with this machine whole lot is defective which is why such high MRP of 50k and selling for just 14.5k. Please guys I genuinely recommend you to not buy this machine. It will be waste of money. Rather save some money and buy agaro which will save u some pocket and will cost just for 8k. Brands are just a tag line. Just another way to make fool out of us.
